Any changes we make to our Terms and Conditions in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Please check back frequently for updates or changes.
Ordering
As part of the online transaction, we may perform a fraud credit check via our payment provider, Freshbooks. By submitting a payment through the site, you are granting permission for us to carry out such checks via Freshbooks as required.
Orders on the site are subject to availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store simultaneously.
The item will be reserved for your purchase when you have finalised your order via the site. However, sales will not be confirmed until the order is dispatched, and payment is received.
Once you have placed your order via www.wellwoodgallery.com, it is not possible for you or our Customer Services team to modify or cancel any part of the order. This includes delivery addresses, quantities, sizes, or payment methods.
Delivery
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. All orders are insured. They are tracked and will require a signature.
International packages will incur taxes and duties. Before placing an order, please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies. Wellwood Gallery is legally obligated to enter the total value of orders on customs forms.
If you live in a remote area in the UK, your order may incur a delivery surcharge of £24.50. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you live in a remote area.
Returns
Please note sales of original artwork are final and cannot be returned.
Cancellations
Delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding our customers for the total amount.
